Mr. Pierre Héroux, co-founder and CEO and current director of the New York State Restaurant Association – Rochester Region, began making crêpes at the age of 12, where he learned the art from his father. The Héroux Family marries this authentic crêpe recipe, passed down for generations, with unique ingredients for artisanal dishes.
